Dario works full time as a teacher and specializes in mental health subjects. He's really able to connect with all of the kids where they're at and motivate them and get them working and thinking about how they should be playing the game. Training sessions are also super thought out and organized, he's structured it in a way to have progressions for the advanced kids and work a modified version of the same drill for kids that are developing, while keeping everyone engaged. I think this really goes a lot towards developing all of the kids. He arrives early and sometimes stays late to help, always goes the extra mile for the kids. Training sessions are always fun and competitive, without a lot of standing around in lines. Dario puts a lot of thought into his philosophies and approach to training, and is also always making adjustments to get the most out of th sessions. I think he's also really good at establishing a team culture as well, making everyone work together and prioritizing a team first attitude.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Coach Dario since 2021, both as a parent and as the team manager, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better coach to work with. He’s patient, organized, structured, and really cares about developing the boys not just as players, but as a team. He’s always very clear about his expectations and communicates well with both the players and parents. After every game, he takes the time to send us a full game write-up along with video analysis, which I think is a huge benefit for the boys and gives them something specific to work on. Dario puts a lot of time and effort into this team, and it shows. We’ve been very happy working with him since 2021 and plan to continue working with him for years to come. I highly recommend him to any club, player and family looking for a coach who is truly invested in their development.
