Verified club engagements

The rating has to be earned.

Every verdict on T-Rating comes from a club that hired the trainer, signed off on the engagement, and put its name on the review. Nothing else counts toward the rating.

Highest T‑Ratings this season

The T‑Rating counts the clubs that paid to bring a trainer back — saying you'd rehire someone is free, and doing it isn't. Trainers with fewer than 3 club engagements are listed but not ranked — one club's opinion isn't a record yet.

Nobody has reached 3 verified club engagements. That's the honest state of a new marketplace.

How a review becomes verified

The first step is the one that matters. We verify the club before we accept a word it says — a review from an organization we can't find never gets published.

01

The club is verified

Through its email domain, its league registration, or the staff list on its own site.

02

The engagement is logged

The trainer records the contract — club, season, role, and the staff they worked under.

03

Staff review it

Everyone who worked with them gets a single-use link. Four reviewers on one contract, not one.

04

It posts with the club's name

Attributed, never anonymous. Only verified reviews count toward the verdict.

What verification does and doesn't mean →

Two signals, kept separate on purpose

A club hires a specialist maybe once a season, so review volume here will always be low. That's why we don't ask a thin average to do all the work — we show it next to the one number that's genuinely hard to fake.

The verdict

Averaged from verified club reviews only, and shown on every profile alongside the reviews it was computed from. You can check our arithmetic.

The re-hire record

How many clubs contracted this trainer again the following season. Repeat business costs real money, which is exactly what makes it hard to fake.

What we won't do

Delete a bad review, sell placement above the verdict, or publish a review from a club we can't verify. The number is worth nothing if it's for sale.

Your record shouldn't reset every season.

Build a history that follows you from club to club — and that a director can check in thirty seconds instead of three phone calls.
