Founding trainers
Your record shouldn't reset with every new director.
You already do the work. T-Rating turns it into something a club can check before the first phone call — verified, attributed, and yours to keep.
What you're actually building
A reputation you can't carry with you isn't an asset. This one lives at a URL you can send to any director in the country.
Every review names its club
Not "a satisfied customer" — Evanston SC, spring 2026, technical director. That's what makes it worth reading, and what makes it worth having.
Re-hiring speaks louder than stars
When a club brings you back, we show it. Two seasons at the same club says more than any anything a club could write about you, and directors know it.
You're not marked down for style
A club that wanted fun-first can say you weren't their fit without it counting against you. Clubs describe how you coach; they don't grade it. The right club finds you faster, and the wrong one never books you by mistake.
Your whole engagement counts
Every staff member you worked under can review independently — so one season-long contract builds real depth, not a single line.
Being straight with you about the trade
You can't curate it
We don't remove reviews because you didn't like one. A profile you can edit is a profile no director would trust — that's the entire point.
If a club says they wouldn't engage you again because sessions started late, that stays up. So does your reply, and so does the next club that re-hires you.
We don't take a cut
No commission, and no gatekeeping between you and a club. Contact goes direct, and what you charge is between you and them.
Clubs never pay. Trainers will eventually pay for a listing, and founding trainers keep whatever rate we launch at.
Claim your profile
Tell us where you've worked. We'll verify those clubs, invite their staff to review your engagements, and build your profile from what comes back.
